Josh has, under his IP address, edited Wiki pages to promote his beliefs and abuse members.
[edit] Cirro Scandal
The username CiRrO was used on a trolling forum, leading many users to believe that Cirro is joshandr30. Cirro orginally denied these charges. He has since disappeared. Also recently joshandr30 has also denied those charges and his side of the story is seen below.
[edit] Debate Fans Article
For whatever reason, a week ago, Debate Fans received about 300 referrals from a site called TheyBannedMe [1] I decided to check it out. Well as it turns out, Josh had created an account there [2] and posted a long time ago. If you're interested, you can check it out.
What I learn from this is that: CiRrO was indeed Joshand30, and the whole Josh=Phil? conspiracy thing was manufactured by CirRO-- I mean Josh.
Look at the fifth post from the bottom[1]
What do you all think about this theory? I am currently writing a comprehensive DDO history, and any of your input would be greatly appreciated.
vote bombing
Do yall wanna have alot of fun? There is this site, debate.com.These pricks think they are smarter then everbody else. Love messing with em. But I found something that really makes them go off. In this site you can vote. They make a debate, someone goes against them and when it is over the members of the site get to vote on who they think won. There is a group called the cleaners, they are in the forum. The leader is Kleptin, he HATES TROLLS. So does the rest of the "cleaners" they win get into a flame war in a second. I have been voting agianst them along with a couple more on the site. They say they do not care but the always post in the forum about, endless flame wars. It will get even better if yall come and start voting agianst them. And it gets even better, the mod does not care, the only thing that will get you banned is making more then one account. You can and get banned but then you can turn right around and do it agian. See, the mod does not like the "cleaners" either. I love to see these guys flip out when they lose their palce on the "leader board", the best debaters or most wins. If any are interested let me know.
To get an account you have to give an email. To vote you have to have a cell phine. It will cost you one text message. If you do not have a cell or do not want to pay the text I have an unlimited amount of cell ohine numbers that can be used to get a voting account.
Let me know. It is the best of both worlds. You can troll, flame and what ever and then you cana really "do" something to them that piss you off.
If you do come friend this username, he will tell you that needs it the worst. Tell him cirro sent you."
look how pathetic this bunch is, here is a post from the forum
I got a letter saying I was not accepted into my school's National Honor Society.
I'm ranked 17th in my class and I have a 4.2 GPA, and yet all it seems they care about are what Extra Curricular Activities you've done, and I've done very few. Excuse me but I like to focus on my academics, not some little after school club.
I think my admissions essay really did me in though. I basically said that I wanted to be in the NHS out of my own self interest, and that being in such a club would look good on my college admissions applications. I went on to say that the majority of the members probably share my sentiment and are lying if they say otherwise, and that I didn't want to be a part of the group if I had to lie about my intentions just to get in.
Anyone here in the National Honors Society?
These guys take them seriously.
I flamed with this one guy for 600 commments. one week. i have been banned like 15 times. here are some of my names. the mod listed all my usernames in the website annoucmnet forum

this site is ripe for the raping. mod might close you but will not ban your ip. come on in, the water is fine."
I think a more plausible explanation is that Cirro became upset that there were a lot of "liberals" on the site, and even more upset when his accounts were deleted, including his main account in which he had devoted a lot of time and effort.
I think he began on this site in earnest, then began trolling it.

[edit] Joshandr30's Response
And here's the rest of the story.
Joshandr30 does NOT = CiRro.
In the beginning joshandr30 and Cirro did work together in the original group, CWO 1.0. But Cirro made public private emails. After this Cirro was banned every time he made an account even when the members said they didn't mind if he returned and he has completed vanished. After the email incident joshandr30 had another member who was familiar with theybannedme make an account and make that post. After the possibility of Cirro being allowed to return to DDO joshandr30 made sure theybannedme would show up on debatefans and cirro would be incriminated. All this was purely revenge for the betrayal of Cirro. A similar plan was created for britt/scissors but his own personality defects made him a outcast of DDO and has never fully returned into the mods good favors.
[edit] Joshandr's Personal Testimony
EDITORS NOTE:The bolded words have been added for the readers enhancement. Also commas, apostrophes, and the words joshandr30 were changed to "I" or "me". Additionally one of the sentences was moved to make sense with the third person to first person conversion.
"I hope enough time has passed and the bad blood of that war is over so we can all be a little more truthful just to better understand everything that happened in the good ol' days. I see no need to return to DDO, I think those days are over. Now I won't promise this if the open voting is removed, then only time and the actions of the elitists will determine that."
Please feel free to correct grammar and spelling mistakes. I have never claimed to be a writer in an fashion, but please delete the whole thing rather then change it. [edit] CWO
I was apart of the first CWO for less then a week. This was the entire existence of the original group. I tried to rally the original members to band together as one to counteract the liberal voting bloc that most of the (CWO) members believed to be working against a fair and honest vote system. During the power struggle inside the CWO, certain members began to defect and cause division among the members. One faction wanted pure war with no care for merit of debates. While the other faction leaned more towards educating new members and wanted to stay clear of any kind of voting bloc. My main role in the beginning of the CWO was to try and bring order to this mess due to power struggles within the group (CWO). My stance in the beginning was not to vote bomb without regard to the merit of the debate as clearly shown in private messages made public by certain rats that had been invited into the group as each faction tried to bring in a majority rule so their beliefs could be in power. A product of this struggle were members who called for (an) all out war which gave the CWO the reputation it now has. The original intent of this group (majority of members) was never to vote bomb without regard. Most members of the CWO wanted a place for it's members to easily and efficiently see others debates so they could vote on them according to how well the debater did, not just whether he was a member or not. There were times at which members wanted vengeance for insults and being vote bombed which is not much different then recent issues that have come to light due to the open vote records. TheLwerd and JBlake have both participated in such behavior, as to other members of the liberal elitist members of this site. Joshandr30 worked to stabilize this group (CWO) in the beginning, he also actively worked to have theconservative removed from power due to his recklessness and calling for blind bombing. Joshandr30 did in fact also fall victim to the taste of vengeance when britt/scissors verbally attacked him, which still wrong, as many of the members of both sides of this site have done.
[edit] CWO 2.0
After the disbandment of the original CWO, two more versions were born. The second was made up of several original members (and was made) in an attempt to put a conservative member on the leader board. At this point, the group again split into two groups due to bad publicity. The main CWO group recruited members to debate. This group maintained the education(al aspect of the group) and steered clear of any sort of voting (abuse). The CWO sub-group went onto cause a diversion on the site to draw attention away from the CWO and to counteract any obvious liberal vote bombing. I decided that for the benefit of the CWO, that I would have Labrat and CiRro publicly banish me from the CWO and (that I would) begin a war against the liberal voting bloc. After the banishment, I took the members that still wanted revenge with me, and Labrat kept the remaining members to try for a conservative seat on the leader board. After more unrest in Labrat's group, they lost control and fell apart due to power struggles. This left my band alone. After my original account was banned (due to my co-workers creating accounts), most members of (the vote-bombing sub-)group became frustrated, some quit (while) others were banned.
[edit] CWO 3.0
The third and final version of this group was born when The Cleaners came to DDO. This brought old blood for the original CWO members that had left and drew them back onto the site. There has always been a presumed fact that that this group was solely joshandr30 with numerous accounts. Due to the fact that most of this group has left and are out of contact with (most) CWO members, some names will be released. I feel (I) can now be release three names from the CWO 3.0 due to the fact that this is now history and no contact has been established with these old members. There is little chance of these members ever returning to DDO. Here are two names from CWO 3.0: Gregthedestroyer and wonderboy. Another large number of members were attacked in the forums, the forums were followed carefully and when a new member was insulted a PM was sent. Also (though I can't remember all the names of this one person) Nobody. This person was liberal and atheist. This member was is best know for the Nazi/Hitler comments and worshiping Satan. After further studying more names will be made public after a cross check of members that are gone and the ones that are still on DDO is done. I'm not trying to restart this thing, simply enlighten both old members of DDO and newcomers who may have questions about this era of unrest and chaos. Admittedly, the CWO 3.0 was a blind voting bloc made up of a diverse membership.
Nobody wanted more more wins he would vote how joshandr30 wanted to just to receive votes. Gregthedestroyer just wanted to be apart of something. Greg made it past the mass banning because he was very new (joined a week before the mass-banning) and had not been in the "pack" voting bloc that was left over when the CWO visited a debate. The structure of this group was simple: no member besides me knew who was in the group. A member would want to join after being contacted by me. This person would then want proof of the group and I would rally the group in a bombing run of the new members choice. They would then agree to vote any way I wanted. In return, their debates would then be bombed in their favor. A complete list will probably never be released due to incriminating certain prominent members of DDO, but ALL would be surprised to find out who's names were on this list. Greed of the members was the fire behind the CWO 3.0, and to this the creator, (I), is and am ashamed. Towards the end, it wasn't even about the Cleaners, it was about win ratios. Joshandr30's vendetta against the liberal voting bloc became a blindfold, in the end the CWO became exactly what joshandr30 was fighting against. But the old excuse that the end justifies the means became to evident, and for this apologies are due. As with all groups the power is too much for one person or even a small group to handle which has been shown in the cleaners and the CWO.
[edit] Original CWO Definition of Vote Bomb
Make a debate available for members to read and vote on.
There were many discussions on how to do this effectively in the group so our members could get better publicity, in turn more votes would result. BOTH sides know this has always been an issue on DDO. A private message was slipped to joshandr30 by a symptomatic liberal vote bloc member early on in this drama. In this message a certain liberal sent a group PM to other liberal elitists so they could read and vote. There is no difference between this and original goals of the CWO.
[edit] Some Questions to Ponder:
- How did I have so many accounts for so long when a simple IP scan would have turned up my multiple accounts?
- Why was it so hard and take so long to find the "accounts"?
- Do the "whining liberals" really trust Phil at what he says?
- Does Phil calling people "whining liberals" not give you any doubt to where his loyalties are?
- How did I have so many cell phone numbers to verify accounts?
- It requires a credit check to get a cell phone now-a-days, how could I have so many numbers? If I had as many VOTING accounts as accused (over 50 at last count) how could I get so many numbers?
- Do the "whining liberals" believe Phil cares about profits or fairness? When did he finally go into action? When the little elitist group asked him or when he feared revenue loss due to members leaving?
- Did he care if liberals were being vote bombed because he thought it was unfair or when several of the biggest whiners (most active) members began leaving and profit may have suffered?
- Did any of the "focus group" members see the list of IPs, did they see the information Phil was exposing?
